Innovations without borders
Innovative platform INNOVARE, based in Switzerland - one of the leading countries in the field of science, technologies and innovations, - announced the start of its activities on September 1. The main activities include supporting hi-tech companies and innovative projects from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan). These activities lay the foundation for creating a unique international space for the development of innovative projects and cutting-edge technologies.
«Current political situation should not be a barrier to scientific and technological development», - says one of INNOVARE founders, Victoria Graf. In this regard, the organisation by using a unique international innovative platform aims to minimize the influence of political, economic and administrative barriers to promotion of innovations and transfer of technologies.
One of the key objectives of INNOVARE is to provide diverse support to innovative projects at any development stage: from the idea to the industrial production and to the launch in the market.
In the current business environment, many start-ups and developers face the problems, which they cannot resolve by themselves. Those can be issues connected with financing, search for R&D partners and industrial customers, access to the information, creation of a company, set-up and development of business, design of the prototype and many others. With the support of INNOVARE such issues can be resolved in an efficient way due to the extended network of partners in Swiss and Eurasian innovation industry.
INNOVARE is a unique coordination center of international innovation activities. It connects start-ups with scientists, in the process of idea development and looking for international support, with international investors and business angels, ready to invest in promising inventions, as well as with experts and business coaches, providing information and education to innovative start-ups.
INNOVARE has partnership agreements with top universities, innovation centers and techno parks in Switzerland and countries of the Eurasian Union. It also collaborates with international companies and top producers, who are ready to outsource R&D, and cooperates with governmental organizations and international funds, which support science and innovations development. For instance, among its partners INNOVARE counts National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB), Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Scientific Techno Park “Chernogolovka”, foundation “Skolkovo”, Universities of Lausanne and Zurich, Swiss Informatics Society, innovation cluster Alp ICT and many others. INNOVARE Platform is already cooperating with cantons Vaud, Geneva, Zurich, Bern and Fribourg, and is currently developing relationships with other innovation-oriented cantons in Switzerland. That way, scientists and developers get an opportunity to promote technologies and to develop innovative business-projects “without borders”, at any stage of their project development.
